Valley View is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Campus Pastor to offer spiritual, religious, and personal guidance to residents, families, and team members. This meaningful role supports the emotional and spiritual well-being of our community while helping uphold the mission-centered values that define life at Valley View.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and lead regularly scheduled worship services, including Sunday and Thursday services, memorial services, and Bible studies

• Provide spiritual counseling and pastoral support to residents, families, and employees

• Maintain a visitation program for newly admitted residents to support adjustment and well-being

• Coordinate with residents’ personal ministers or faith leaders upon admission or change in condition, as requested

• Offer mealtime blessings and maintain a visible, supportive presence in the dining room

• Assist in planning and scheduling religious programs with community churches and organizations

• Support the overall spiritual life of the campus in alignment with Valley View’s mission and values

Required Qualifications

• Licensed minister in accordance with state requirements

• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Valley View

• Two or more years of pastoral ministry experience
